Philip Maisel – Director and Founder

Philip Maisel, director and founder of Phoebus Consulting, is an experienced Program Director, leading complex national and global business transformations from a holistic business oriented perspective.  He has over 30 years of directing and managing programs (overall budgets of $250m+), incorporating people and culture, process, information, applications (ERP, legacy and point solutions) and technology.  His extensive and varied experience has been gained across Australia, South Africa, Asia and the USA.
